LEASING FINANCING
OFFER

 Alpha Leasing Romania IFN applies the following financing policy:

  • Customers must be Romanian authorized natural persons or legal persons;

  • Various movable assets are financed, such as vehicles (cars and other transportation means), equipment of the most various kinds (IT and electronic equipment, industrial equipment, medical devices, office furniture etc), but also immovable assets;

  • The length of the leasing contract varies according to the type of the financed asset (movable/immovable);

    • NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
    The financing request (download) is a standard document, that can be obtained from:
  • the registered office of Alpha Leasing Romania IFN;

  • the registered office of the branches of Alpha Bank Romania in Bucharest and in the country;

  • Alpha Leasing Romania IFN website.


    • accompanied by:
  • the proforma invoice, with a detailed description of the equipment and of its technical features, as well as the detailed description of the sale price and of the market and delivery conditions;
  • financial and legal documents (see table below);

  • Annual balance sheet and the profit and loss account for the last three years of activity (endorsed by the Ministry of Public Finances) 2007 ,2008, 2009;
  • The balance for December, signed and stamped, for the last three years of activity 2007,2008, 2009 ;
  • The last monthly balance for a comparative analysis of the last 2 years of activity;
  • The analytic description of the 401, 404, 411 accounts;
  • The situation of the credit contracts (bank, credit type, initial value, balance on current account, the guarantees, the validity);
  • The situation of the leasing contracts (leasing company, initial value, balance on current account, the financed asset, the last date of payment, possible guarantees);
  • Audit report prepared by external auditors (if it exists);
  • Presentation material with regard to the activity of the company;
  • Identity document of the person representing the company (copy true to original signed by Alpha Leasing account officer);
  • Incorporation deed or society contract and statute;
  • The document that certifies the incorporation of the company signed by the judge;
    		•
  • Registration certificate issued by the Trade Register (CUI) (copy true to original signed by Alpha Leasing account officer ).
  • Registration certificate issued by the Trade Register for VAT purposes (CIF) (copy true to original signed by Alpha Leasing account officer ).
  • Additional documents for the incorporation deed, registration certificates with necessary appendixes.
  • The good standing certificates issued by the Trade Register at most 15 day before the financing request ;
  • The proof of the registered office;
  • The Decision of the Managing Board / Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the approval for entering into the leasing contract;
  • Licenses, authorizations, approvals, notices and other documents that are needed in order to develop the activity, including the ones with regard to environment protection;
  • Approval for searching the database of the banking risk central (in 3 original exemplars);
  • Signature specimen of the person representing the company, having the bank’s visa no older than 30 days.;

    In the case when the company requesting the financing is newly incorporated or in the case of new investments, Alpha Leasing Romania IFN may request a Business Plan and/or a Feasibility Study. After the analysis of the provided documentation, other documents may also be required.
